Decorative Surface, Waterproof Core

Laminated PVC foam board combines a rigid PVC foam core with a decorative surface film. The finished panel can reduce painting and additional surface treatment during furniture production.

Unlike MDF and plywood, the PVC core does not absorb water or swell after contact with moisture. It is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and other areas where moisture resistance matters.

The board can be cut, drilled, routed, engraved, edge-finished and processed by CNC equipment. A complete PDF film catalog is available on request.

Common thickness: 10mm 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm

Furniture density: 0.55–0.65 g/cm³

1. What is the minimum order quantity?

If the film is in stock, the normal MOQ starts from 200 sheets per color. If it must be specially purchased, 500 sheets or more per color may be required.

2. Can I send my own film sample?

Yes. A physical sample helps us confirm the film material, color, texture and price. We can also work from a film code and specification.

3. Which thickness and density suit cabinets?

Common thicknesses are 12 mm, 15 mm and 18 mm. Density of 0.55–0.65 g/cm³ is often selected. Higher density can improve screw holding.

4. Is laminated PVC foam board waterproof?

The PVC core does not absorb water or swell like MDF. Edges, joints, hardware and adhesives should still be processed correctly in finished furniture.
