PVC Cabinet Board is a waterproof PVC foam board used for kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, shelves, partitions and furniture panels. Compared with MDF or plywood, PVC cabinet board does not absorb water and is more suitable for humid indoor areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms and kitchen storage spaces.
Kaichuang supplies PVC cabinet board in regular size 1220×2440mm, with common cabinet thicknesses such as 12mm, 15mm and 18mm. Density can be adjusted according to application, and 0.55–0.70g/cm³ is commonly selected for cabinet panels, shelves and furniture processing. The board can be cut, drilled, routed, CNC processed, laminated and fixed with screws.
