Three to five millimetres is commonly selected for printed graphics with backing or frame support. Larger unsupported panels normally require a thicker sheet.

Can the board be printed directly?

Yes. Its smooth surface is suitable for UV flatbed and screen printing. Testing the print settings on a sample before mass production is recommended.

Can vinyl film be applied?

Yes. Self-adhesive vinyl can be applied after the board surface has been cleaned and dried.
