How to Choose Thickness and Density
Different applications need different thickness and density. Thin expanded PVC sheet is easy to cut and suitable for light signs or display use. Thicker boards provide better stiffness for larger panels, partitions and fabricated parts.
For simple indoor signs and short-term display boards, lower or medium density can help control cost. For CNC cutting, larger panels or applications that need better edge quality, a higher density board is usually more stable.
