From 5 to 15 Production Lines: Nine Years of Growth at Kaichuang Plastic
Since its establishment in 2017, Zibo Kaichuang Plastic Co., Ltd. has continued to grow together with its technical team, R&D staff, employees and customers.
At the beginning, our factory operated only five production lines and served just one or two regular customers. After nine years of continuous development, Kaichuang Plastic has expanded to 15 production lines and now works with nearly 100 customers from different markets.
This growth was not achieved overnight. It was built through continuous equipment improvement, product development, quality control and close cooperation with customers.
Starting with Five Production Lines
When Kaichuang Plastic began production, our factory had five PVC foam board production lines.
At that time, our customer base was small, and our product range and production experience were still developing. However, the company had a clear goal: to become a reliable PVC foam board manufacturer capable of providing stable quality, flexible customization and long-term supply.
Our early production mainly focused on standard PVC foam boards for advertising, furniture, cabinets and interior decoration.
As customer requirements increased, we gradually improved our formulas, production processes and quality inspection procedures.
