18mm Celuka PVC Foam Board
18mm Celuka PVC foam board is made by Celuka foaming process. It has a hard outer surface and a lightweight foamed core. The board is suitable for bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, furniture panels, shelves, partitions and interior decoration. Compared with 10mm or 12mm PVC foam board, 18mm board feels more solid and has better stiffness. It is often used for cabinet side panels, shelves and furniture parts, especially when the project needs a waterproof board instead of MDF or plywood. Kaichuang supplies 1220×2440mm / 4×8 ft regular sheets. We can also produce 1560×3050mm and 2050×3050mm boards. Common density range is 0.50–0.70g/cm³. For cabinet use, many customers choose 0.55–0.65g/cm³. If better screw holding is needed, 0.65–0.70g/cm³ is more suitable.

Hard Celuka Surface
The Celuka process gives the board a harder and smoother surface. It is good for cutting, drilling, CNC routing, lamination and cabinet panel production.
18mm Thickness
18mm is not mainly for light advertising signs. It is more suitable for cabinet boards, furniture panels, shelves and thicker interior boards. If the panel size is larger, 18mm gives better support than thinner sheets.
Waterproof and Easy to Clean
PVC foam board does not swell easily in moisture. It is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and other indoor humid areas. For long-term use, proper installation and hardware selection are still important.
Easy Workshop Processing
The board can be cut by table saw, panel saw or CNC router. It can also be drilled, grooved, trimmed and laminated. For cabinet production, we suggest checking density, screw type and hinge position before bulk order.
