3mm PVC Free Foam Board
3mm PVC Free Foam Board is a lightweight plastic sheet manufactured through a free foaming extrusion process. It features a fine cellular structure, smooth matte surface, and excellent processability.
Compared with PVC Celuka foam board and co-extruded foam board, free foam board have better toughness, especially for projects requiring lightweight materials and easy fabrication.
PVC free foam board is produced by extrusion with a chemical foaming process. Unlike Celuka boards, it does not form a rigid surface layer.
