The biggest feature of a co-extruded board is that the board surface is non-foaming PVC resin. Compared with the crusted board, the surface is smoother and flatter. The hardness of the board surface is not much different from that of the crusted board. Therefore, the co-extruded board is easily confused with the crusted board. , the recommended co-extruded board has high requirements on the board surface. There will be no obvious scratches when testing the nail scraper surface with a thickness above 8mm. The thinnest PVC co-extruded board can only be produced with a thickness of 3mm. Co-extruded board is mostly used for engraving, stand-up advertising, home sanitary ware, construction wall panels, and other fields, the thicker the thickness of the board with the same density, the higher the surface hardness.
