Is This Board Right for Your Cabinet Project?
This board is a practical choice when the finished furniture will be used in kitchens, bathrooms or other humid interiors. Unlike wood-based panels, the PVC core does not swell in the same way after contact with water and does not provide food for termites. It can be cut, routed, drilled and fixed with screws using standard furniture-making equipment.

White Board or Laminated Board?
Choose the white 18mm PVC foam board when you laminate locally, require a clean base material, or want more flexibility in finishing. Choose factory-laminated board when you need a ready-to-use wood grain or solid-color surface.

Suitable for direct fabrication, painting and local lamination. Density and surface hardness can be adjusted to the processing requirement.
Decorative laminated board
Wood grain and solid-color films are available. Stock films may start from 200 sheets per color; non-stock designs may require 500 sheets or more. Send us your film sample or requested pattern for confirmation.

Packing and Container Orders for the Philippines
Large sheets need proper protection throughout inland transport, sea shipment and unloading. Available packing includes PE plastic bags, cartons and export pallets with optional corner protection. Pallet packing is usually recommended for large-format or higher-value cabinet boards.
MOQ is normally 200 sheets, and mixed specifications can be discussed. Standard production time is approximately 7–15 days, depending on quantity, color, lamination and current production schedule.

1. Is this the same material Philippine sellers call PVC board or Sintra board?
"PVC board" is a common local short name. "Sintra board" is more often associated with PVC foam sheets for printing and signage. Although these names can overlap in everyday use, an 18mm cabinet order should always be confirmed by density, surface, screw holding and intended application.
2. Is 18mm suitable for modular kitchen cabinets?
It is commonly selected for cabinet carcasses, doors and furniture components. Final suitability depends on density, panel span, hardware and expected load, so we recommend confirming the design before ordering.
3. Is the board termite-proof?
The board contains no wood fiber and does not provide food for termites. Correct installation and protection of the complete furniture system are still important.
4. Can you produce a 4ft × 8ft PVC board?
Yes. Our standard 1220 × 2440mm sheet is approximately 4ft × 8ft. Larger sheets and custom lengths are also available.
5. Can different densities or finishes be loaded together?
