Some customers choose 3mm Celuka foam sheet because it is more economical. However, compared with free foam sheet, its flexibility and toughness are usually weaker. If the customer needs better bending tolerance, easier handling or better toughness during cutting, 3mm free foam sheet is usually a better choice.
For customers who care more about surface hardness and a smoother finished look, 3mm co-extruded PVC foam sheet can be selected. Its surface feels harder and more solid, making it suitable for projects where the surface quality is more important.
