Two PVC foam boards with the same thickness can perform differently if their densities and internal foam structures are different.

For decorative panels or lightweight interior applications, buyers may choose a lower or medium density to control weight and cost. Cabinet components, shelves and parts that require screw fixing normally need better rigidity and a more suitable density.

Simple straight cutting and decorative covering usually place fewer demands on the board. Deep CNC routing, detailed engraving, edge finishing and repeated screw fixing require more attention to density, surface hardness and internal consistency.

6. Check the Sheet Size and Thickness Tolerance

The regular sheet size is 1220 × 2440mm. Larger sizes such as 1560 × 3050mm and 2050 × 3050mm can also be produced, and the length can be customized according to the order.

Buyers should compare the available sheet size with their cutting plan before ordering. A suitable sheet size can reduce cutting waste and improve material utilization.

For large-size sheets, pallet packing is often a more practical option because it provides better support during transportation and unloading. Buyers should confirm the packing method before the final quotation because it can affect the loading quantity and total cost.
