From Product Selection to Sample Evaluation
The regular sheet size is 1220 × 2440mm. Larger formats, including 1560 × 3050mm and 2050 × 3050mm, and custom lengths can be discussed according to the product and order requirements.
A cabinet order may require several thicknesses rather than one board specification throughout. Send a component drawing or cutting list so we can discuss the sheet format, density and finish for each part.
Samples are available for checking the surface, cut edges and workshop processing. For decorative furniture, we can also discuss film samples and provide the available color catalog. Buyers should evaluate the selected board with their own machining and assembly process before confirming a bulk order.
Plan the Order and Export Packing Together
Full-container orders can combine different thicknesses or sizes; a 200-sheet minimum does not apply separately to every specification in a mixed full-container order. Final quantities and loading arrangements depend on the selected board dimensions, density and packing.
- Standard packing: plastic bag packing is included. Cartons and pallets are available at an additional charge.
- Production: regular orders normally take approximately 7–15 days, subject to the confirmed specification and production schedule. Decorative lamination may require additional time.
- Quotation: send the destination port so we can discuss FOB Qingdao or a CIF quotation with the required packing.
